There are two options:

  1. Use GAT: The analysis will follow the same workflow as multichannel neuron analysis as . You will have to enter the neuron channel names and numbers at the start of each analysis.

  2. Use QuPath: An alternative is to use in combination with the GAT models for segmenting the neurons.
