Multiplex analysis

There are two options:

1. Use GAT: The analysis will follow the same workflow as multichannel neuron analysis as mentioned here. You will have to enter the neuron channel names and numbers at the start of each analysis.

2. Use QuPath: An alternative is to use QuPath for the analysis in combination with the GAT models for segmenting the neurons.
